Direct cooling milk tank is an important supporting equipment for mechanized milking in pasture, which is more suitable for the pasture and milk collection station for manual milking and the dairy factory for cooling and storing fresh milk. Keep the cooled milk in the best condition to prevent bacteria from multiplying. The milk with 36 ºC from the outlet of milker can be cooled down to 10 ºC at the moment of entering the cooling tank, and the milk is immediately reduced to 4 ºC to 6 ºC after entering the tank, which greatly improves the quality of dairy products and ensures the acidity and freshness of milk. The milk can be transported by the tanker at any time to avoid waiting for a long time, and the temperature rise will not exceed 1.5 degrees within 24 hours.
