1. Description:
a. The whole line includes: sugar grinder, cocoa butter melting tank, chocolate conche, chocolate holding/storage tank, chocolate tempering machine, chocolate depositing machine and chocolate packing machine. You can also choose the machines you need.
b. The full automatic depositing machines have fully automatic functions of moulds pre-heating, depositing, moulds vibrating, cooling, de-moulding and conveying, and adopts PLC control system. The chocolate weight, speed, chocolate fillings and other settings can all be set in the PLC control.
c. We can provide semi-automatic, one shot, two shots or three shots to produce: ball chocolate, pure chocolate, chocolate with fillings, chocolate mixed with nuts, two colors chocolate (left and right) and two colors chocolate (up and down).
